Itinerary at a Glance: Whales, Whales, Whales: Day 1: Arrive in La Paz, transfer to Don Jose or local hotel depending on trip date. On your own for the evening. Day 2-6: Daily activities include snorkeling, hiking, whale watching and are flexible to take advantage of unexpected nature opportunities. Each trip will spend time in Magdalena Bay with the Gray Whales and remaining time exploring ar ound the tip of Baja and nearby islands. Day 7: Afternoon arrival in La Paz, transfer to hotel. Some of the islands we will visit are Isla Catalan, Isla San Francisco, Isla Santa Cruz, Agua Verde, Isla San Jose, and Isla Espiritu Santo. Day 8: Afternoon arrival in La Paz and transfer to local hotel. Day 9: Group taxis to the airport for return flights home. Transfer to airport for chartered flight to lagoon.  Flight stops in San Felipe, Baja CA, Mexico for customs and immigration. Mid afternoon arrival at the lagoon airstrip. Day 2-4: Days are spent whale watching, hiking, bird watching, kayaking or relaxing in camp. Last Day:  Transfer to landing strip. Board charter flight back to San Diego for an early evening arrival. We suggest you overnight in San Diego in case of delays.
