Scuba Diving Sipadan

Transportation: Malaysian Airlines is the main carrier from the US to Sabah.  Flights run daily from LAX via Taipei or Tokyo to either Kuala Lumpur or Kota Kinabalu.  In order to continue on to Mabul a connecting flight is necessary from Kota Kinabalu to Tawau.  At this point ground transportation is provided by the dive operator to Semporna (1-2 hours) and a boat transfer to the island.
