4 Day Upper Grand Canyon Motor  Powered Trips

Transportation These partial trips allow you to see one section of the Canyon on a shorter trip but you always end up in a completely different place than where you start and so you will incur some extra logistical expenses to return to your starting point. Transportation to Lees Ferry is always provided by the outfitter from their start city. Hiking out to the South Rim is on your own (see Itinerary at a Glance) and there are several departure options from the South Rim depending on your destination. Drive: Private or rental (limited rental car drop off available) Starting in Marble Canyon, AZ Arrival: Fly:  Charter flight from Las Vegas, NV Commercial Van Service: Two companies offer charter rates for individuals or groups.
